FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to the most common questions roofing business owners ask before exploring revenue-process consulting.
What does 10X Ascent do?
10X Ascent helps established roofing companies improve the revenue process after leads arrive—covering response speed, qualification, appointment setting, inspection flow, estimates, follow-up, and close rates.
Do you generate roofing leads?
No. 10X Ascent focuses on the process that happens after the lead is already in the business. The work is about improving conversion, follow-up, and operational discipline.
Who is this for?
This is built for established residential roofing companies, especially small-to-mid-sized operators and larger teams. Storm restoration roofing businesses are also a strong fit.
What is the free audit?
The free audit is a lightweight outside-in review designed to identify obvious revenue-process leaks. It is not a full business diagnosis.
What happens during the $149 Revenue Review?
The $149 Revenue Review is a 15-minute paid consulting review focused on the biggest leaks in the revenue process, with clear next steps and priorities.
What is included in the Audit & Blueprint?
The Audit & Blueprint includes a full revenue-process review, leak map, priority matrix, 90-day blueprint, and a 60–90 minute blueprint review.
Why is the Revenue Review paid?
It is a focused consulting engagement designed to provide clear insight quickly without being confused with a general sales discovery call.
Does the $149 fee count toward the larger engagement?
Yes. If the client proceeds within seven days, the $149 fee is credited 100% toward the Roofing Revenue Process Audit & Blueprint.
Do you work with storm restoration companies?
Yes. Storm restoration roofing companies often have process bottlenecks that are especially visible around call handling, lead dispatch, inspection scheduling, and follow-up.
Do you work with commercial roofing companies?
Commercial roofing may be added in the future, but it is not the primary positioning at launch.
Do you replace our CRM?
Not necessarily. The work focuses on process and conversion, not forcing a specific CRM. The system is designed to support a future CRM without requiring a full replacement upfront.
Do you guarantee results?
No. 10X Ascent does not guarantee revenue or lead outcomes. The work improves process, visibility, and execution discipline.
How long does the Audit & Blueprint take?
The Audit & Blueprint typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the company’s process maturity and the amount of information available.
